This home was in solid condition without much updating required. The Kitchen was redone, and the access to the Dining Room was relocated to center it on the room and offer more room for continuous counter space in the Kitchen.
Full disclosure – the images are reposted here are from Zillow as I have no finished photos of these properties.
The extent of remodeling on this project wasn’t as great – however, it did include demo of the existing garage and a adding a garage package. The plumbing fixtures were replaced, the entrance to the dining room relocated, kitchen renovated, a few windows replaced, and a deck added over the flat roof in the back yard.
