Located in a historic district of Charleston, SC the 212-key hotel was remodeled in 2017. For a period of time, I was on the design team that worked thru as-builts and historic preservation documents, including modeling the existing conditions, custom families to coordinate with interior design, exterior detailing and developing the base criteria for the drawing package. 

After a some rough waters during the design development phase, the project was continued without me.
