SITE PLAN
FLOOR PLAN

With this house, the existing Dining Room was massive, the Kitchen was small, and there was limited storage.

We removed the wall for what I believe was a very tiny second Bedroom, repositioned the Kitchen & Dining while moving the laundry to be on the same level as everything else. In order to make it all work – we had to lose the rear entrance to the house.

SUMMARY

The city had pre-purchased casework and door packages for the renovations, so color options were limited. Had this been anything other than a low budget flip – I REALLY would’ve recommended that respect was paid to existing flooring, the existing aesthetics and matching the deep tones with some more appropriate colors.

Missed opportunity perhaps, and if I was the buyer – I’d probably redo that.

I was already off to another freelance position by the time that the first of the 6 homes we did were bid and contracts awarded.
