This 28,000 square-foot, two-story building located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee Valley is the home of The Sigma Group, an environmental and civil engineering firm.

As a testament to their capabilities, the Sigma Group chose to develop this brownfield site in the Menominee River Valley in Milwaukee. 

The building design features increased daylighting, a methane mitigation system, and would have qualified for LEED Silver Certification. (Prior to LEED ratings being revised lower – Gold was missed only by a few points).
