SITE PLAN

This casino project was developed in 2014 for a site in Jefferson, Iowa as a joint project between the Minneapolis and Des Moine Offices at DLR.

The project features gaming floor, the Coaches Corner restaurant, a ballroom & concert performance venue connected to the Cobblestone Hotel (performed by outside architect).

My involvement included the fast-tracked core and shell package and the follow-up interiors package as well as BIM development for the entire project. The Iowa office took the project over after construction documents were completed to handle the administration of the project’s completion.

The custom lattice panels that screen the promenade from the gaming floor as well as their use in various locations were taken from the Revit family I’d made, sent thru CNC and finished for this project
